I’ve done this for several companies. The best example would be for Badi App, who I led to McCANN WorldGroup and helped them conquered several markets in Europe and America.

Sometimes you need a small agency/boutique to take care of a local launch and/or specific market.

 

Having a smaller agency does not mean having worse creative outcomes.

Most of the time is the other way around.

I always divide these processes into phases.
On Phase 1 we get a brief and we start thinking. We settle a meeting to share ideas with you.

Phase 2: you fall in love with one idea and you want to make it happen. We develop it.

you get the campaign and idea you are looking for. Strategic yet astonishing thinking and production.

I’ve done this many times, most recently for ViaPlay, TaskRabbit and FC Barcelona.

That’s where I get involved. I help you find that sparkle. I can work in-house for a while or as a full outsider. Cracking a specific brief or just thinking amazing ideas to share with your audience.

 

Once again we can partner based on a monthly fee, a retainer, or working on an estimate for every single project.

I get the brief and think how to make the most out of it. I think of ideas and share those ideas to the person in charge when told to do so.

I can lead the production/development of the ideas with the in-house team, or just step away and see the magic when it’s on air.

I’ve done this for years. Helping companies (and agencies) get the best possible ideas they could get. Some examples are Scopely, Pyrénées, UrSafe and BeDisruptive.

You have an in-house creative team. But it’s not working properly or at its best. So you need help to find out what’s going on. 

 

In this case I work in-house for a few months as Creative Director/Consultant, working hands-on with the team on daily basis.

 

This way I can identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities. Discovering who is better where and how we can make the most of every single person in the team.

I join the team as a CD. Freelance, but as a full-time employee. I lead the team on every single project and discover what’s going on and how we can improve our processes and creative outcome.

I work on recommendations and ideas on how to make the team work and perform better.

you get a full creative consultancy on how to create a better and more effective creative department.

#Experience

I’ve done this for several agencies, most recently for Accenture Song (formerly Shackleton) and Chelsea&Co, a boutique agency specializing in the wine ecosystem. I helped them reshape their creative department and establish new and improved processes.

Everything’s fine. But you still need to help your team think different. Find that amazing idea that seems to elude you. 

 

In this case I can help you with the brainstorming sessions and/or develop some workshops for you to start thinking bigger, different, more creatively.

#Process

Brainstorming sessions:
I prepare and create a brainstorming sessions programme, based on a proper brief. The sessions would be on different dates and times. Ideally we’ll have 3 (3 hours long) sessions to get to the right idea.

Workshops:
I create a workshop dynamic not based on any specific brief, but just to help people open their minds and expand their creative views. Workshops are 4 hours long, with a break in the middle.

I’ve done this for Scopely, Telefónica, Fleksy and many other companies. Helping them crack brainstormings sessions and guiding the creative team into a groundbreaking creative discoveries.
